Layout and Design – Billed at regular hourly rate
The layout and design of your website is the actual construction of your website. It is a process which includes meetings to discuss needs and desires, the writing of prose/text, the editing of photos, putting it all together in an attractive, user-friendly package and uploading the final results.
Modifying or Updating existing Sites – Billed at regular hourly rate
From time to time you will want to make changes, whether small or large, to your website. Such modifications include changing the photos being displayed, updating the text, even including features you’ve discovered on another website. The Web is a dynamic tool that can grow your business tremendously if used right. Whether you are hosted by 4 Cs or another service, your site should be updated occasionally to reflect the ever-evolving nature &/or inventory of your business and the Web.
Hosting Services
4 Cs offers website hosting at just $20 per month. We also offer a pre-payment plan at $200 for annual renewals -- a discount of $40. These prices are per site. Hosting services include the basic maintenance of a site and 10 email addresses. It does not include any updates or modifications.
Hosting & Updating Packages
4 Cs has three hosting & updating packages available:
Basic - $55 per month -- for even greater savings, pre-pay annually at $610 - over a 15% DISCOUNT
Hosting services plus one hour of updating per month (Hours may not be accumulated from month-to-month)
[Regular Pricing for this package would be $60 per month ($20 basic hosting + $40 for one hour of service) or $720 annually]
Standard - $90 per month -- for even greater savings, pre-pay annually at $985 - over a 17.5% DISCOUNT
Hosting services plus two hours of updating per month (Hours may not be accumulated from month-to-month)
[Regular Pricing for this package would be $100 per month ($20 basic hosting + $80 for 2 hours of service) or $1200 annually]
Deluxe - $125 per month -- for even greater savings, pre-pay annually at $1340 - over a 20% DISCOUNT
Hosting services plus three hours of updating per month (Hours may not be accumulated from month-to-month)
[Regular Pricing for this package would be $140 per month ($20 basic hosting + $120 for 3 hours of service) or $1680 annually]
If you have a high turnover in inventory or run a lot of specials, this is the package for you!!!
Package prices apply to annual agreements only. Prices are subject to change without notice. Annual agreement prices remain intact until the end of the original contract. Updates exceeding the time allowed in the package will be charged at our regular hourly rate. Packages may be upgraded at the cost of the difference in pricing within 60 days. Upgrading after 60 days will begin the annual agreement anew at the full price with credit given for pro-rated discount of initial package. Should your site consistently require more than 3 hours of updating per month, additional savings options can be discussed on an individual basis.
Domain Registration
Every site on the Web must have a domain name (i.e. 4csconsulting.net or ebay.com) associated with it. Domain names must be registered in order to allow Internet users access to the thousands of sites available. (Similar to how telephone numbers are assigned.) 4 Cs will manage the registration of your domain name with the proper registrars for an annual fee of $25. (Your new or transferred domain name can take a few days to function due to the fact that Online NIC, Network Solutions or other domain name registrars, must register and propagate the name across the entire Internet. This can take from 3-5 days for new domains, and 4-7 days for domain name transfers.)
Transferring Hosting Services
If your website is already setup and hosted by another service, a one time fee of $50 will apply to transfer the pages of your site and implement all of the appropriate registration updates. (This does not include modifications to the site.) Annual domain registration would apply following the transfer at the time the domain registrations is due.
4 Cs regular consulting rate for web work is a highly competitive $40 per hour. Web hosting and maintenance fees are non-refundable & non-transferable to other services provided.
